Confidences \u00e0 un Dauphin is a unique opportunity for Laval schoolchildren to express their joys and sorrows openly, ask questions and be listened to.

Any child whose school is served by the activity can communicate with MED’s respondents by dropping his or her letters in the box provided at his or her school.

During the following week, the child is guaranteed to receive a personalized reply. Correspondence with the child is designed to encourage him\/her, provide ways of coping with difficulties and protect the parent-child relationship.

Completely confidential, this activity is offered in partnership with 34 Laval elementary schools, representing 17,000 students annually and over 12,000 letters received from children each year.

Over the next few years, MED aims to extend this service to all Laval elementary school.
