Les Matins sans chagrin is a parent- child activity where families are invited to share some time with other families and MED team members. Parents and their children can share the same space, and slowly and gradually learn to physically distance themselves from each other. Parents and children take advantage of this time to socialize and create bonds with other families.
Using the format of a coffee- chat style meeting, parents have space to share their reality as a parent, get support and develop a helpful network.
Through free play, children have the opportunity to have new social experiences that favor their capacity to come in contact with others and develop their communication skills. To develop their autonomy when without their parents and we have the opportunity to support those who have difficulties in doing so.
