Les Apprentis en folie is the summer version of Mes études en folie. In a playfull environment, this activity offers one afternoon weekly, to children of Laval families to come and have fun while maintaining the academic knowledge they acquired during the past year.

Mes études en folie
Mes études en folie allows children who have academic challenges to be accompanied by Intervention Workers who take some time with them in small groups. Here, the children find a calm space and the support they need to move forward in their homework and school projects. Here, children learn to persevere in a more difficult subject and remain motivated academically in a friendly context that is positive to their learning.

The Refuge du Dauphin is a time where MED opens its doors to welcome children between 6 and 12 years old, all year round. In this living space, children are surrounded by significant adults who welcome them as they are.

At Maison des enfants le Dauphin, we offer a place of choice for parents who need to be accompanied. Whether it’s through parent- child activities, time to meet with a social worker, other resources in the neighborhood, each parent can find a formula at Maison des enfants that is good for them. Attentive social workers are also there to help.
About us
Maison des enfants le Dauphin de Laval is a space that contributes to personal growth, friendship, and success. This space belongs to all the children between 0-12 years old and their families. All activities and programs offered, are adapted to meet the specific needs of children between 0- 5 and 6- 12 years old.
Our team
Maison des enfants le Dauphin, children and parents are surrounded with a team of, professionals, community and social workers, as well as animators with unique and various backgrounds. This allows us to follow each child depending on their needs, desires, and challenges, whether they are motor, social, emotional, language related or cognitive.
Visiting our house
Each room at Maison des enfants le Dauphin is a space of expression and communication between children, parents, and team members. Every room was created by keeping in mind the interests and needs of children. These spaces allow them to learn about their strengths, capacities and all the resources they have, enabling them to have successful experiences.
